MSI is open for business 9AM tgo 5PM EST. Monday to Friday. Online orders may be placed anytime, but are processed during nortmal business hours. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Most orders are shipped the same day, if received by 2PM EST. Data Acquisition systems frequently require an extra day to build. Orders are shipped via UPS. The purchaser can choose from regular ground service, three-day service, two-day air, or next day air. COD, International, Next Day, 2-day or 3-day shipping void any free shipping offers.
American Express, Visa , Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. UPS COD payments are accepted.
Any returns to MSI., must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization). To receive this number you must contact MSI, before returning merchandise. Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including original shipping package. There is a 15% handling charge for all returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refunded. The 15% handling charge may be waived for gift purchases made by another person.
Most items are covered by manufacturers warranty. Contact the manufacturer for exact warranty for your make and model. Motor Sports Innovations can supply you with the manufacturers contact information. A copy of the original invoice is also required. MSI will lookup your purchase in our computer system to assist in this process. If you would like to return a product to MSI for evaluation for eligibilty on warranty or if you have purchased a mix of manufacturers parts as part of a MSI kit you must call for an RMA number. Shipping charges may be refunded if it a manufacturer or MSI defect is found.
MOTOR SPORTS INNOVATIONS LLC., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, CONSEQUENTIAL , OR OTHER TYPES OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS , OTHER THAN THE LIABILITY STATED ABOVE.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All shipments are checked before they leave MSI. All claims for damages, shortages or loss in transit must be made immediately with the carrier and within 48 hours to MSI.
If a product needs repairs, contact MSI. We will direct you to the most effective repair solution (original manufacturer, local shop, MSI etc.). Shipping costs are paid by customer. If it is determined that repiars are to be made under warranty MSI will reimburse customer shipping.
